Notes:
Hurting in left elbow during final row, and left knee on final few KB swings. Tolerable, just starting to ache. Might be time for a break. :/
LONG day out, nifty Christmas Eve, very tired and needing to go sleep before kiddo wakes us at *(@*^!%# early in the morning. G’night!
Me likey. I like that your protein intake is up…you should be seeing an improvement in your recovery by now. How have you been feeling overall? Are you feeling hungry throughout the day?
HUGS! You’re a sexy blonde by the way.
When I’m eating a bit better, I feel a little better. When I eat
not-good food, I feel much better. This is a difficult thing.
I’ve been eating crap for a few days, trying to get through leftovers
and random stuff. More chocolate than is good for me, admittedly, but
I already planned on taking a lazy week and just enjoying it.
I have plans to get more protein in again… the actual implementation
has been an issue, though. ;D My kitchen is a disgusting mess and
rather disorganized (to put it very mildly), and it’s been MUCH harder
to keep up on things! Hopefully sometime after this next weekend,
I’ll get a chance to spend several hours pre-cooking a pile of meat.
Hopefully, Giles will not claim it for himself for work-lunches. XD
(btw, Mentioned my elbow issue to our Dr. finally … he did say
imaging could be in the future. We’ll see. :/ )
*hugs* And thanks!!
