163.0. Wanting more sleep… I feel like I’m just getting by for the first few hours, and then by the time I really start resting, it’s time to wake up. What gives? :/
Food:
Lunch: 4 slices of ham, 1 egg, 1 orange.
Snack: Junk food. Specifically, a couple of little pieces of halloween candy. *sigh* Tasty, though.
Dinner: 1 large (1.25″-1.5″ thick?) slice of roast, several ‘baby’ carrots and a few spoonfuls of juices, a couple of very small potatoes, and about 1/2c. or so of peas. Potato and peas had butter.
Glass of (slightly) chocolate milk.

Warm-up: (1:00 row + 1:00 jump rope) x 3
Skill/review? Mini-Helen work, 125m row/7 KB Swings/5 pullups, gradually to increase speed/weight/intensity (2 rounds, first with 8kg KB, second with 12kg, both with green banded pullups)
WOD:

Notes: Second set of pullups was the only broken portion I can think of now, I stepped to box after the first 7, I think. First and final completely unbroken (Thanks Bill for yelling!

Stuff:
OMG my neck is stiff and sore, certain portions of my neck in particular, and it aches to breathe deeply (a bit) and to move my head and shoulders around. An odd not-quite-ache based right behind my eyes, also. Looking forward to it easing off tomorrow.
Face/etc. still splotchy. Petechiae! It has a name!

I should ease off of The Internet when I am not-quite-awake-yet (and feeling weird, and having children yell around me). I may type, and post, and not really think “Oh hey, I’ve been reading this for a while now, but I don’t think I’ve stopped to say “Hi!” or the like yet…. Um. Oops.” :/ Well, as far as I know, no harm done, other than a bunch of others wondering who on earth that person is, and me feeling weird about it. I really don’t remember if I’d posted before… *sigh* Well, it’s done, no point worrying over it now.
(While I’m thinking of it, Hi!! *waves* I never really know who stops by here anyway, so I’m not entirely sure who of you read to the bottom of these.
